About the RoleThis pivotal position serves as the principal technical authority, combining deep architectural expertise with a broad knowledge across the software development lifecycle. The Technical Lead shapes technical strategy, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable, and fosters alignment between engineering and business objectives.The ideal candidate will manage the technical team's daily work, ensuring code quality, collaboration, and efficient delivery through strong technical leadership and process discipline.Ensure code quality and enforce adherence to established engineering standards across the teamOversee and participate in code reviews, delivering constructive feedback to support continuous improvementDelegate tasks, track progress, and provide mentorship to team members to facilitate professional growthLead regular team meetings, cultivating open and effective communicationIdentify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and resolve operational challengesServe as the primary point of contact for the team's daily activities and facilitate collaboration with other functionsProvide architectural leadership, designing and validating technical solutions that meet both current and future needsLead the development and evolution of system architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practicesCollaborate extensively with other teams and stakeholders to coordinate dependencies, share knowledge, and drive integrated solutionsMaintain comprehensive oversight of all technical aspects within their remit, serving as the primary source of information for both current state and future directionEngage with product management early in the development process to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business valueCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, confidently presenting plans and responding to roadmap inquiriesResponsibilities also include:Balancing technical rigor with pragmatic decision-making, adapting solutions to meet business priorities when necessaryMentoring engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting high standards across the teamThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in software architecture and technical leadership, with broad experience across multiple domains including front-end, back-end, DevOps, SRE, QA, and cloud platforms. Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases is also essential, as well as experience in agile methodologies and enterprise software development.Qualifications:Demonstrated excellence in software architecture and technical leadership (10-12 years), broad experience across multiple domains, experience with cloud platforms and microservice architectures, proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, experience in agile methodologies, proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive collaborative outcomes, strong business acumen and ability to align technical strategy with organizational objectives, exceptional communication and presentation skills, experience in enterprise software development
