Content & Creative CoordinatorPure Wiff is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand offering premium car and home fragrances.Key Responsibilities:Creative Briefing & Script Coordination: Convert founder's notes into clear, structured creative briefs, write talking points, hooks, and on-screen text guidelines, share briefs with UGC creator agency and ensure understanding.UGC & Raw Footage Management: Receive raw footage from creators and check compliance with brief, flag gaps or reshoots immediately, organise all raw clips neatly in Google Drive with naming conventions.Coordination With Editor: Create an editing brief for each video, ensure editor delivers hook variations, messaging variation, on-screen text additions and spell checks, follow up for timely delivery, do basic QC of edits before founder review.Project Management: Maintain the creative production pipeline on Trello, upload new creatives to drive + Trello cards, maintain calendars, tracking deadlines and follow-ups to avoid delays, pull basic performance data from internal dashboards (CTR, ROAS, CPC), prepare a weekly summary for founder review.Creative Support: Create hook iterations and cutdowns of the main edited video, help with occasional small shoots/b-roll capture, assist with content for Amazon/Shopify listings when needed.
