You'll ensure product listings are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives for a seamless shopping experience.You'll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving—ensuring every product is well-represented, discoverable, and optimized for performance.In this role, you will report to our team lead and collaborate closely with Marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to maintain a high-quality product catalog, align content with campaigns, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.Your Responsibilities:Manage and maintain product listings within our PIM system and e-commerce platform (creation, updates, and maintenance).Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.Merchandise and optimize product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly content.Test new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front end.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launches.Support daily e-commerce operations and identify process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagement.Contribute creative ideas to enhance the online product discovery and browsing experience.Your Qualifications:At our company, we welcome diverse perspectives and believe great ideas can come from anywhere. Even if you don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.3-4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product content management, or digital marketing.Experience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms (Magento or similar preferred).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, international environment.Enthusiasm for print-on-demand, promotional products, or the printing industry.
