DescriptionKPMG Global Services (KGS) is currently seeking an WFM Consultant for the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) practice.Job Summary: We are in search of a Consultant focused on Workforce Management to join our Human Capital Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to step up in their career within a leading global professional services organization.The individual will assist on client assignments concerning Assessments, Advisory, or Implementation of WFM solutions such as UKG Kronos in a dynamic environment with frequently changing requirements and interaction with onsite engagement teams and clients.As a partner resource implementing UKG Pro WFM Integrations, you are an extension of the UKG delivery team responsible for high-quality customer implementations of our award-winning UKG Dimensions solution.Our implementation partners are accountable for all phases of the customer's implementation lifecycle. The partner resource must have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and consulting skills experience with knowledge of workforce management concepts and regulations to be accepted into the program. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Aid in client assignments related to Workforce Management integration. Assist on diverse client projects as part of a global, distributed team.Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvalsDrives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gapsTakes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the projectUnderstands business priorities and challenges to predict future WFM needs and anticipate strategic opportunitiesEmbrace a culture of innovation, demonstrating curiosity and applying creative thinking to resolve client issues and needsTo take responsibility for a skill set/ technical area and create opportunities to generate additional revenue/ billable hours with new clients or existing onesQualificationsQualification:1-3 years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases)Boomi Professional Developer Certified Minimum 2-4 years quality assurance testing experienceAbility to conceptualize and execute solutions for customers within the confines of the project timeline.Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies including encryptionExcellent consulting skills with attention to detail and ability to proactively manage riskExcellent analysis, change control, task management, and time management skillsExcellent decision making and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail oriented, accurate, responsive and results drivenUnderstand data mapping and specification documentationCustomer-focused, positive, and professional attitudeHigh energy and self-motivation Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointEducation / Years of Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.5+ years of experience working in the field of Workforce Management integration, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation etc.Boomi Professional Developer Certified
