Job SummaryOracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Oracle HCM techno-functional consultant to join our team.As a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud Payroll, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the adoption of Enhanced Cloud Solutions.Your extensive experience in payroll legislation for India and US markets will be instrumental in advising clients on the impacts of implementing these solutions.You must have expertise in integrating payroll with Absences and costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.A strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions, including business process analytics, requirement definition, and Solution design is essential.Additionally, you should possess excellent skills in building detailed functional specification documents, test case preparations, and functional testing.About the RoleMain ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:Business Process Workshops: Advise clients on the impacts of adopting Enhanced Solutions of Cloud Payroll.Payroll Integration: Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.Solution Design: Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Functional Testing: Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing.RequirementsSkills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills.At least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
