Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM professional to fulfill various responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Include:Developing and maintaining technical components of HCM such as Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher Reports.Providing support for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.Designing and implementing interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.Troubleshooting payroll/HR data issues and delivering configurations and customizations.Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.Required Skills:Strong technical knowledge in areas such as HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, and BIP.Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM is preferred.Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows is necessary.Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and ability to analyze HR/payroll data is required.Bonus Pointers:Experience working with cloud-based systems is beneficial.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is highly valued.
