MEP Operations DirectorTo oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across designated projects. This role focuses on strategic planning, effective coordination, successful execution, and monitoring of MEP works to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, cost controls, and timeline requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless MEP delivery.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for MEP works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.Resolve technical issues at the site and coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.Drive performance monitoring of subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards in MEP execution across sites.Ensure documentation and reporting of MEP progress, quality, and cost compliance.Responsibilities:For project tracking, resource alignment, and issue resolution.For drawing approvals, design clarifications, and coordination.For timely availability of materials and vendor management.Stakeholders:For work inspections, approvals, and technical guidance.For execution planning and work progress.For material delivery, installation support, and technical assistance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience:A minimum of 15-20 years in MEP operations management.Technical Skills:MEP system installation and commissioning.HVAC systems design and implementation.Electrical distribution and control systems.Plumbing and firefighting systems design and installation.Site execution management and supervision.Testing and inspection procedures.Project scheduling and resource allocation.AutoCAD and MS Project software skills.MS Office applications.ERP system knowledge.Quality assurance and control processes.Safety protocols and regulations.Leadership/Behavioral Skills:Execution excellence and results-driven approach.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Team coordination and stakeholder communication.Decision-making and leadership skills.Result-oriented and accountable attitude.Adaptability and interpersonal skills.Collaboration and teamwork.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
