Key Responsibilities:
✔️Long-term Commitment: Dedicate a minimum of 90 days to significantly
contribute to IgniteAndRise's growth and success.
✔️Recruitment Excellence: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various
positions, particularly in sales, building a robust pipeline for both entry-level and
experienced roles.
✔️Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process from initial contact to
final placement, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through interviews,
qualifications assessment, and timely feedback.
✔️Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to
attract and retain top talent, leveraging diverse sourcing channels beyond job
portals.
✔️Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring
needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

₹30,000 for every successful candidate placement, offering significant
performance-based rewards.
Post-Probation Benefits: After completing probation, you’ll be eligible for a
competitive salary, which could increase by 10% to 40%, based on your
performance. However, if a referred candidate leaves the organization within 45
days, no payment will be issued for that placement.
Timely Payments & Comprehensive Training: Compensation will be disbursed
within 45 to 75 days after a successful candidate placement. Moreover, you’ll have
access to our training resources and an innovative work culture that promotes
collaboration and continuous learning.
