The role also involves strategic planning, research initiatives, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards to foster an innovative and dynamic learning environment.Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of works experience in related field- Ph.D. qualification in Pharmacy or a related field preferred- Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Medicine is essential.- Strong skills in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Strategic Planning are required.- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and foster collaborative environments within academic and professional settings.- Prior experience in an academic or research leadership role is preferred.- Commitment to maintaining excellence in education and adherence to accreditation standards.
