MBA/PGDM from reputed B-schools preferred but not mandatory.8–15 years of experience in business operations, process management, or strategy, preferably in Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail.Strong expertise in process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence.Proven ability in P&L management and financial accountability.Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and automation platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Industry BackgroundPharma: Regulatory compliance, supply chain management, documentation precision.E-commerce: Logistics, vendor management, customer operations, digital workflows.Retail: Inventory optimization, sales operations, multi-channel coordination.Key AttributesStrategic thinker with a process-driven and financially astute mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance operational detail with big-picture strategy and financial outcomes.Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
