Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts professional to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, statutory compliances, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will drive accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support growth in the highly regulated pharma industry.This role demands a strong leader who can manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and streamline processes for efficiency.About the RoleOversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure accuracy in accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Monitor working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.Develop MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingPrepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.Conduct variance analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure with zero non-compliance.Operational FinanceManage accounts payable, receivables, vendor management, and credit control.Ensure accurate costing, inventory accounting, and margin analysis.Strategic Finance & LeadershipAct as a financial advisor to senior leadership on growth, investments, and risk management.Drive ERP implementation and automation of finance processes for efficiency.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) mandatory; MBA Finance preferred.10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and pharma industry financial regulations.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-linked incentives.A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A team-oriented culture with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
