Senior User Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our user engagement strategy and drive growth.The ideal candidate will own quarterly planning, revenue targets, and develop detailed campaign deployment plans to enhance reactivation metrics.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teams.Strong understanding of internal business units and consumer behavior is required to formulate content and segmentation strategies.Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization with proper testing frameworks and identify wins for broader implementation.A balance between growth and user experience is essential for long-term success.You will expertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC).Conduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they arise.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamExcellent communication and project management skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms and technical aspectsExperience in conducting experiments and analyzing dataBusiness acumen and understanding of market trendsBenefits:This role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Others:Please note that this position requires a strong passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
