The Financial Planning and Analysis role requires a skilled professional to evaluate and develop strategic financial plans across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in working with large datasets, and have excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for prior year and budget comparisons.Prepare regular reporting packages for senior leadership.Analyze data to identify key trends and actionable insights.Transform data from various sources and ensure data integrity across reports.Develop and maintain efficient financial reporting processes.Design dashboards using data visualization tools to present performance metrics.Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage annual budgets.Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by the finance team.Requirements3–5 years' experience in finance and/or accounting.Relevant college degree or equivalent experience.Experience with detailed variance analysis.Proficiency in software applications such as NetSuite and Odoo.Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
