Job Opportunity:Are you an experienced Oracle HCM professional seeking a new challenge?We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud as Payroll functional consultant, with expertise in India and US legislation.They should have experience working on all phases of Project, including Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Key Responsibilities:Involved in business process workshops and advised clients on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll.Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Requirements:Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues.Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support.Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.
