Job Title: Production Planning and Inventory ManagerCompany Overview: Our company is a leader in the production planning and inventory management field.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right materials in the right place at the right time.Required Skills and QualificationsAnalytical skills: You must have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.Communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.IT skills: You must have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.Knowledge of mapping of reactors: You must have knowledge of mapping of reactors and be able to use this knowledge to optimize production processes.Process flow diagram preparation: You must have experience preparing process flow diagrams and be able to use these diagrams to optimize production processes.Costing sheets preparation: You must have experience preparing costing sheets and be able to use these sheets to optimize production processes.Production planning scheduling: You must have experience with production planning scheduling based on BCF & BCT and be able to use this knowledge to optimize production processes.Multiproduct/CDMO production planning: You must have experience with multiproduct/CDMO production planning and be able to use this knowledge to optimize production processes.Inventory control: You must have experience controlling inventory such as RM, FG, and rec solvent.Collaboration with cross-functional teams: You must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, QA, QC, store, marketing, purchase, R&D etc.Tracking and recovery: You must have experience tracking and recovering solvents/catalysts in real-time.Anticipation and problem-solving skills: You must have anticipation and problem-solving skills.Proactive approach: You must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.Raw material indentification: You must be able to indentify raw materials based on planning.SAP knowledge PP module: You must have experience with SAP knowledge PP module.Six-month planning conversion: You must be able to convert six-month planning into micro-level planning.Productivity enhancement: You must be able to identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and debottlenecking.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.OthersPlease note that a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is mandatory for this role.
