The Assistant Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with international clients, vendors and suppliers, supporting sales and marketing efforts, handling customer order processes. The role includes communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, respond to queries, co-ordinating with management and with other teams, and activities providing excellent customer service and keeping track of customer orders, understanding the product well to be able to communicate with customer. The more the candidate can contribute, the better role he/she can play in the company.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and suppliers - Sales and Retail experience to support meeting sales goals and understanding market trends - Marketing knowledge to assist in developing campaigns and promoting products. - Good organisational and multitasking skills to manage orders. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Prior experience in a merchandising or retail role is an advantage
