Senior Civil Engineer Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, extensive hands-on site experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within timelines, quality standards.Project Planning & Execution:Lead the execution of building and land infrastructure development projects from start to completion.Develop and review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure optimal project outcomes.Site Management & Supervision:Oversight of site activities, contractor performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards is crucial.Monitor daily progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and goals.Resolve technical issues at site and ensure adherence to project design specifications.Coordination & Communication:Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.Organize and participate in project review meetings to ensure alignment and objectives are met.Communicate project updates, delays, and mitigation plans to management effectively.Quality, Safety & Compliance:Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols to maintain quality standards.Maintain site safety and environmental compliance in accordance with statutory norms.Verify and approve contractor bills, measurements, and documentation accurately.Material & Resource Management:Review and approve material requisitions and inventory management processes.Validate material specifications and ensure timely availability on site.Optimize resource utilization for cost-effective project execution.
