Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job TitleAs a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will play a vital role in undertaking assessments of existing bridges and preparing comprehensive assessment reports. With experience in Steel Composite and Pretension/Posttension structures, you will be responsible for leading feasibility studies for strengthening and repair, as well as designing new bridge projects and strengthening designs to UK standards.Undertake site visits to assess the condition of existing bridges and prepare detailed reports.Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions for bridge strengthening and repair.Design and implement new bridge projects, ensuring compliance with UK design and health and safety standards.You will work closely with our experienced team of engineers to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this role:Bridge Design expertise, including knowledge of UK CEng and Eurocodes.Familiarity with computer-aided design software, such as MIDAS, LUSAS, Superstress, SAM, ARCHIE, and others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.Career Growth OpportunitiesWe offer a range of career growth opportunities for talented engineers like yourself.
