Dispute Resolution SpecialistAs a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert escalation point and case investigations agent.You will tackle customer scenarios and take action to resolve issues and inquiries following Mastercard rules and guidelines and Regulation Z compliance.This includes fraud and non-fraud cases.
