With a strong commitment to technical excellence and regulatory insight, Skyy Scholarz empowers clients to innovate confidently while meeting both business and compliance demands.Role Description: Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift India – US (CST) Timings)We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role operating during U.S. CST night-shift hours.The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment and bench sales cycle, including sourcing, screening, marketing consultants, and placing candidates in suitable positions. The role also involves identifying new clients, managing existing accounts, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.The ideal candidate should excel in building long-term professional relationships and driving successful closures that contribute to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, market, and place bench consultants across various IT and engineering domainsManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, negotiation, and placementIdentify new clients/vendors and generate business through strong relationshipsCollaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand resource needsMaintain regular communication with consultants, vendors, and clientsTrack submissions, interviews, and placements to ensure smooth process flowAchieve performance targets and contribute to team goalsQualifications6 months to 4 years of proven experience in Bench Sales, IT recruitment, or full life-cycle recruitingStrong understanding of U.S. hiring processes, tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and recruitment strategiesProficiency in account management and building client/vendor relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, night-shift environmentPrior experience in IT or engineering recruitment is preferredBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantageCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceAttractive incentives tied to performance and successful closuresOpportunity for professional growth and long-term career development
