The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining employee logs, managing HR documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting daily HR operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee logs, attendance records, and internal trackersManage HR documentation, filing, and database accuracyAssist with onboarding and offboarding processesSupport daily administrative operationsEnsure smooth communication across departments and timely task executionQualificationsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google SheetsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesAttention to detail with a proactive approachBasic understanding of HR processesMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, or any relevant field)
