Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining employee logs, managing HR documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting daily HR operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain and update employee logs, attendance records, and internal trackers Manage HR documentation, filing, and database accuracy Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Support daily administrative operations Ensure smooth communication across departments and timely task execution Qualifications Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Attention to detail with a proactive approach Basic understanding of HR processes Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, or any relevant field)
