Production Supervisor

Position: Officer Production (PCB)Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.Work Location:Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar Maharashtra)Experience:Minimum 3+ years in manufacturing and assembly operations.Experience in EMS / PCB manufacturing will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor assembly line production activities.Conduct Why-Why Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issue resolution.Drive process improvement and Kaizen initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch).Train and mentor operators on production processes and safety practices.Handle and supervise 20+ manpower on the assembly line.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Desired Candidate Profile:Technical qualification (Diploma / Degree).3+ years of experience in manufacturing.Experience in PCB / EMS manufacturing preferred.Hands-on experience in assembly production handling.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18, ₹25,667.87 per monthWork Location: In person
