About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled trainer to lead one-to-one online training sessions for working professionals. As an AI and computer applications expert, you will guide learners in leveraging AI tools for business productivity, research, communication, and presentations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interactive training sessions tailored to individual learners' needs and goals.Taught practical AI tool usage, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Canva AI.Customize lesson plans based on learners' roles, use cases, and skill development objectives.Introduce SQL fundamentals for data handling, reporting, and basic analytics.Help learners become tech-savvy through tools like advanced Excel or Google Sheets, slide design tools, collaboration platforms, and automation workflows.Create engaging learning materials, including demos, exercises, assignments, and real-world projects.Monitor learner progress, provide structured feedback, and adjust training pace as needed.Maintain high professional standards, punctuality, and effective communication with learners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.Excellent English communication skills suitable for working professionals.Prior training or coaching experience, especially with adult learners.Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in business environments.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.Preferred Skills:Working knowledge of SQL: SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINS, basic functions.Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace — advanced spreadsheets and professional presentations.Familiarity with productivity and automation tools such as Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.Experience in creating engaging training content — videos, slide decks, templates, and checklists.Benefits:Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling.Chance to work in a premium one-to-one mentoring format.Long-term growth opportunities in professional training and EdTech.Supportive academic team and innovative teaching environment.
