We are seeking a Health and Wellness Coach to empower clients in achieving their physical and mental well-being goals. You will create personalized coaching plans, offer lifestyle advice, and provide holistic wellness support to help clients improve their overall health and lead a balanced life. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customized wellness plans based on individual client needs. - Provide coaching on physical health, mental well-being, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvement. - Guide clients through goal-setting, tracking progress, and making positive lifestyle changes. - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction. Must-Have Skills: - Proven experience in wellness coaching or a related field. - Strong understanding of holistic health, fitness, and mental wellness practices. - Excellent communication and motivational skills.
