Telecom AI ArchitectWe are seeking a highly experienced Telecom AI Architect to lead our AI/ML initiatives in Telecom and Networking use cases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and EKS.About the RoleLead the development of AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Design and deploy data pipelines on GCP and AWS for batch and real-time streaming.Build scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and EKS.Develop and deploy ML systems on GCP and AWS.Mentor cross-functional teams on architecture, use cases, and drive architectural direction of products.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to leverage AI/ML technologies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and their applications in Telecom and Networking.Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…)Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.).Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven experience building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Need to bring proven communication skills and mentor cross-functional teams on the architecture, use cases and drive architectural direction of the products.Proven track record in Design and deployment of data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming.
