Oracle SCM ProfessionalCompany Description offers world-class services available throughout the globe.About the Role:We seek an experienced Oracle SCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules and working knowledge of related SCM modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and support Oracle SCM implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement and Inventory and working knowledge of related SCM modules.Assist in solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis.Configure Oracle SCM Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules to meet client needs.Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.Develop test scripts and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.Work with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reports development.Ensure smooth cutover and post-go-live support.Prepare functional design documents, user manuals, and configuration documentation.Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption.Identify opportunities to enhance processes using Oracle capabilities.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.5–7 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.2–3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle SCM (must-have).Hands-on configuration experience in Procurement and Inventory modules.Familiarity with integration points between SCM and Finance modules.Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Procurement.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Benefits of this role include the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with a talented team, and develop your skills and expertise in Oracle SCM.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team and contribute to our success.
