Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for pre-sales technical communication and support for grid-connected inverters, energy storage converters, energy storage system integration, PV-storage solution accessories, communication and energy management products. This includes preparing technical documentation required for sales, developing competitive product solutions, and enabling the sales team to secure orders through product and solution strategies.Assist the sales team with customer visits and technical exchanges; deliver technical agreements for project bidding and tendering.Analyze the demand for PV and energy storage products in the Indian market; conduct research and collect information on competitive products and markets, and provide analysis to support new product development and product lifecycle management.Research and analyze the Indian market, including market trends, competitive trends, and changes in industry standards.Provide training to customers on products, installation, and commissioning.Support marketing activities by participating in local exhibitions and forums, delivering technical presentations, handling media technical interviews, and writing product promotional articles.Coordinate with headquarters to support SKD and CKD local manufacturing models.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.Proficiency in industry software such as PVsyst and CAD.Solid understanding of power electronic conversion equipment, commonly used energy storage batteries, and low-voltage distribution systems at a system level.Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.Willingness to travel frequently.Experience working with Top 3 PV inverter or energy storage converter companies in local utility-scale power plant scenarios is preferred.
