About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in delivery roles for contract-to-hire positions. A deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, is essential.The Staffing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with external clients in the BFSI industry. This includes ensuring client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and reports, and acting as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters.The successful candidate will also lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping develop the skills of junior recruiters.In addition, the Staffing Manager will oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
