Job Title: Talent Acquisition LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running recruitment processes across various departments, including engineering, research, product, and GTM.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take on a hands-on role in managing full-cycle recruiting, building pipelines in relevant talent pools, and establishing basic people processes suitable for a growing company.Responsibilities:Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans.Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Build and maintain talent pipelines across different roles.Implement and manage ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics.Lead employer branding activities, including careers page development, candidate materials creation, social presence management, and participation in relevant events.Establish and document basic HR processes for new hires.Requirements:A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies.Experience operating as a primary or sole recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.An organized and data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will come from a high-growth tech or SaaS background, media/production houses, or creative agencies with strong in-house TA functions or similar industry experience.
