NNIIT continuously enhances its programs to meet the needs of aspiring students, aiming to fill the learning gaps in the current education system and support students in reaching their dreams.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a business development executive (freshers). The business development executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting our e-learning platform, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets and contribute to the growth of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel parents and students on K9–K12 learning programs via calls, virtual meetings, or in-person interactions.Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate learning solutions.Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups.Maintain lead status and communication history in CRM tools.Participate in sales campaigns and marketing events as required.Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams.What We OfferFixed salary of UPTO ₹3 LPA plus incentives.Training and career growth opportunities.Supportive and high-performance work culture.Opportunity to work with one of the leading EdTech brands in the K9–K12 space.Job types: Full-time, fresher.About Company: NNIIT is an amalgamation of both NEET & IIT.
