Key Responsibilities:Architect scalable, high-performance solutions
across multiple technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Lead the design and implementation of systems using
C++
and one or more of
Golang ,
Ktor , or
Java
to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders
to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, scalability).Provide technical leadership and mentorship
to development teams, ensuring adherence to design patterns and best practices.Oversee the integration of C++ with Golang, Ktor, or Java components , ensuring seamless interaction across system architectures.Ensure systems meet
non-functional requirements , with a focus on performance, scalability, and security, particularly for applications handling sensitive data.Optimize system performance
through advanced techniques such as multi-threading, memory management, and distributed computing.Manage the full SDLC , from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.Conduct code reviews , ensuring systems meet security, quality, and performance standards.Maintain strong client relationships , acting as the key technical contact and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in
C++ ,
Golang ,
Ktor , and
Java , and recommend their application in the design and delivery of projects.Qualifications:Experience :10+ years of experience in
software development
with proven expertise in
C++ .Proficiency in at least one of
Golang ,
Ktor , or
Java
for large-scale application design.Experience in
architecting high-performance, scalable systems
in industries such as fintech, enterprise, or large-scale platforms.Strong knowledge of
software design patterns
and the ability to apply them in real-world solutions.Client management experience , with a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.Expertise in
API design
and development for secure, scalable microservices architectures.Experience with
SQL and NoSQL databases , focusing on optimizing database performance.Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and best practices for deployment and scaling.Experience with
security and performance
best practices, including usage of tools like
Sonar ,
Fortify , and
WebInspect .Proven leadership in
Agile environments , managing teams and driving delivery of complex projects.Skills:Expertise in C++
and strong proficiency in
Golang ,
Ktor , or
Java .Deep understanding of
software design patterns
and their application in complex architectures.Non-functional requirements expertise , with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.Hands-on experience with
SQL
and
NoSQL databases .Knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed system architectures.Strong
client-facing communication
skills and technical leadership abilities.Agile project management
experience, driving delivery of high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.Experience with
Docker ,
Kubernetes , or other containerization technologies.Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

message brokers
