1.Job Title - Process Engineer

Experience - 4 - 10 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing the required FEED/EPC/Bidding process engineering activities for developing all process deliverables as well as supporting project workshop activities such as HAZOP, LOPA, 3D Model Review, etc., following the project scope of work.
• Responsible for planning/scheduling the process engineering activities and manpower resources.
• Supports the Project Management Team in planning, identifies technical issues that could limit progress and impact project budgets, and interfaces with the client.
• Capable of performing general duties with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
• Ensures compatibility and conformance with client specifications and recommends cost-effective improvements to equipment selection/specifications within the scope of client specifications and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• With good process engineer skills in Plant EPC Company working with Major Client (Shell, Aramco, BP, etc.)
• Good Communication.
• Must know MS Office

2.Job Title - Rotating Machinery Design Engineer - Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Plant

Experience - 4 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities:

-Engineering work for Rotating Machinery Equipment and Package Items

• Preparing Mechanical Data Sheet, Project Specification, Material Requisition, Purchase Specifications
• Technical Bid Evaluation
• Review & Approval of Vendor Documentation
• Support 3D Modelling

-Review of compliance with technical requirements for design deliverables

-Preparation and review of design documents

-Participation in meetings and other coordination activities

-Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables

-Coordination with other tech teams reg:

• Equipment loading data, foundation, and steel structure design.
• Equipment location plan and piping arrangement
• Electric consumption data
• Field instruments, control panel, control system and MMS
• P&ID, PFD, data sheet

-HAZOP and SIL for Package Equipment

-Contract management Coordination with construction site regarding:

• Field engineering
• Construction bill of quantity

-QA/QC, inspection & Coordination with commercial & technical teams reg:

• Purchase specification
• Expediting

Preferred candidate profile

3.Job Title - Stationary Equipment and Package Design Engineer - Oil/Gas, Petrochemical Plant

Experience - 3 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Engineering work for Stationary Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, etc.) or Package Items (Air Cooler, Fired Heater, Boiler, Flare Stack, PSA, etc.)
• Development, execution, and management of work plans
• Preparation and review of design documents
• Review of compliance with technical and business requirements for design deliverables
• Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables
• Primary role in reviewing design documents provided by owner and vendor
• Participation in meetings and other coordination activities
• Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables

4.Job Title - Piping Design Engineer - Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Plant

Experience - 4 - 11 years

Role & responsibilities:

Senior Piping Engineer

• Supervising of Milestone Schedule
• Managing, quality control and execution of detail piping engineering relevant to deliverables and design information such as Isometric dwgs, GADs, Loading Information, Nozzle orientation and MTO. etc.
• Prepare and review the job instruction.
• Review activities on 3D Modelled Piping; AOM, safety, construction requirements
• Facilitator of 3D Model Review Meeting w/Client
• Review and Comments on other department`s dwg and Vendor dwgs
• Reporting and checking the engineering status
• Coordination with other engineering teams, HQ, subcontractor, and client

Junior Piping Engineer

• Managing, quality control and execution of detail piping engineering relevant to deliverables and design information such as Isometric dwgs, GADs, Loading Information, Nozzle orientation and MTO. etc.

• Experienced Plant Electrical Engineering
• Electrical Diagram (SLD, Schematic, Logic. etc.)
• Electrical System Study (LF, SC, Motor Starting, Harmonic, etc.)
• Equipment Sizing Calculation (Transformer, EDG, UPS, Cable, etc.)
• Electrical Load List & Cable Schedule
• Electrical Layout (Power, Grounding, Lighting, etc.)
• Material Requisition for Electrical equipment (Tr, SWGR, Busduct, etc.)
• Vendor Document review
• Engineering work for Electrical System and equipment
• Preparation and review of design documents
• Review of compliance with technical and business requirements for design deliverables
• Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables
• Primary role in reviewing design documents provided by owner and vendor.

6.Job Title - Architect - Plant Building & Structural Design Engineering

Experience - 3 - 15 years

Role & responsibilities:

Design plant buildings and shelters that meet the aesthetic and technical requirements set forth by the client and design standards. Architectural engineer shall design buildings that meet the requirements of the project location and intended use through a review of design standards and local regulations.

Contract Review

Basic Design

• Design basis for architectural works
• Plan design for buildings and shelters
• Facade and section design for buildings and shelters
• Finishing material schedule
• Door and window schedule
• Preparation of preliminary BOQ

Detail Design

Engineering coordination work with other discipline's engineers / providing technical support and troubleshooting for site work / Providing Technical support for purchase work / Technical support for permit work.

Preferential treatment for experienced in

4) Relevant experience related to buildings and shelters of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good Communication.
• Computer skill preferable (Auto CAD, MS Word, Excel)
• Awareness of international codes, standards for building and safety design including IBC, IFC, NFPA etc.
• Preferred previous work experience in MNC (Multi-National Company) of Plant EPC.
