People & Admin Operations Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a People & Admin Operations Executive to join our growing team at ASafe Global, where people and process matter equally. This role is a great opportunity to work closely with teams across borders, gain global exposure, and be at the centre of our people and operational functions.Join us at ASafe Global and be part of a mission that goes beyond compliance—creating a safer, smarter future for all.Key Responsibilities: Manage company documentation, compliance forms, and vendor/supplier coordinationSchedule internal meetings and maintain calendars for key leadershipAssist in preparing reports, presentation materials, and official documentsCoordinate with finance and IT teams on admin-related needsContribute to improving internal processes and toolsAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain and update HR records and documentationSupport internal communication, employee engagement activities, and recognition programsHelp coordinate training sessions and track learning progressKey Qualifications:3+ years of experience in People Operations, Admin, or HR coordination rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlinesComfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic HR toolsA people-first mindset with a high sense of confidentiality and integrityExperience working remotely or in global teams is a bonusWhy ASafe Global: At ASafe Global, we are pioneers in advancing workplace safety and environmental excellence across industries.
