The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the front desk. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.Qualifications and SkillsMust have proficiency with patient management systems (Mandatory skill), ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval for effective patient care.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) to assist in maintaining and accessing patient information securely and efficiently.Experience with appointment scheduling software to manage and organize patient appointments effectively.Ability to handle insurance verification processes to ensure patients' coverages are clearly understood and documented.Knowledge of HIPAA compliance to maintain patient data confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.Strong customer service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors.Competency in managing multiline phone systems for efficient communication with patients, staff, and external contacts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to assist with administrative documentation and reporting tasks.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing a high level of customer service at all times.Manage and coordinate daily appointments and patient schedules to ensure efficient clinic operations.Perform accurate data entry into patient management and electronic health records systems.Conduct insurance verifications and address patient billing inquiries, coordinating with the finance department as needed.Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA compliance in handling patient information.Operate and manage multiline phone systems for communication within and outside the organization.Support administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and correspondence, to assist the healthcare team.Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate outstanding patient care and service delivery.
