Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Executive to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing analytical support to the management team.Key Responsibilities:Accounting and Financial Transactions:Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections.Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and maintain general ledger records.Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.Inventory and Cost Management:Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records.Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage.Taxation and Compliance:Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns.Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Financial Reporting and Support:Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.Help in budgeting and cost control activities.Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries.Qualifications and Skills Required:CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
