We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager - Infra & Operations to lead the expansion and management of our infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of our facilities, supporting the smooth delivery of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and propose potential new locations to support company growth
- Lead site visits, inspections, and feasibility assessments to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, landlords, and property managers to negotiate leases and contractual agreement
- Manage the setup, installation, and configuration of infrastructure, including IT systems, furnishings, and essential equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans, including maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency procedure
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, HR, etc.) to resolve infrastructure-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and company standard
- Oversee vendor management and budget planning for infrastructure-related project
- Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objective
- Regularly review vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and that the services are delivered as per SLAs. Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts, negotiating favourable terms while ensuring continuity of service
- Negotiate new contracts when necessary, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with internal policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on infrastructure and operati
- Strong understanding of facilities management, infrastructure setup, and operati
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
