Job OverviewWe are seeking a Jr. Civil Engineer to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that site works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.Supervise and control day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.Execute construction works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.Plan daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with engineers.Monitor and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Check and verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Ensure quality of work and compliance with company standards and safety norms.Prepare and submit detailed reports on site operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues.Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to maintain productivity and efficiency.Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project outcomes.Provide guidance and support to junior supervisors and foremen for effective site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the engineering team.Site Operations: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including construction, testing, and commissioning.Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and is delivered on time.Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to achieve project goals.As a Jr. Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement project plans, monitor site operations, and manage the performance of a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.
