The Design Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the executive team, to develop engaging and impactful presentations that effectively communicate the delivery schedule, milestones, and tasks for key projects and programs in compliance with Eastman-Hyderabad standards and controls. This role requires a strong eye for design, expertise in PowerPoint software, the ability to transform complex information into visually appealing slides, and knowledge of generating metrics for projects. Additionally, they will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives alongside the Hyderabad leadership team.Contact Duration: 12 monthsJob ResponsibilitiesWork effectively with stakeholders including executives, gather information, understand goals, and deliver presentations that meet their needs.Design and format PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines.Create visually appealing slide layouts, graphics, and animations.Enhance existing presentations by improving visual appeal and clarity.Edit and refine content to ensure it is concise and impactful.Incorporate charts, graphs, and other visual elements to convey data effectively.Generate metrics and analytics for presentations and projects.Ensure consistency in design elements, fonts, colors, and imagery.Stay up to date with design trends and best practices for PowerPoint presentations.Collect, analyze, and interpret data using data analysis and visualization tools to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field4+ years of experience in a design-related field, with a strong focus on creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software like Keynote or Google SlidesExperience of collaborating with leadership teams on project execution and delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the executive leadership team.Strong understanding of visual design principles (composition, hierarchy, color theory, etc.) and ability to create clear and concise visuals.Strong writing skills to create clear, concise, and persuasive content for presentations, speeches, and other communication materials.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze, interpret, and present data insights effectively.Skilled at researching and gathering information to support presentations and communication initiatives.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.The ability to understand the bigger picture and develop communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Experience with content writing to craft clear and concise content for presentations, and communication.
