Job Description: State Head - Andhra Pradesh
Location: Andhra Pradesh Telangana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Language: Telugu and English is must
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily Reporting:
- Report directly to the Agriculture Advisor, Swansat.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the prescribed formats.
Documentation:
- Document fieldwork in both local (Telugu) and global (English) languages as per standard formats.
Monitoring and Target Achievement:
- Oversee daily progress towards onboarding targets for Farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Organizations, Agri Industries, and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze district-wise data points from all villages in the state.
- Design strategies and suggest improvements based on ground reports to enhance the efficiency of Team Leaders and Field Officers.
Technology and System Improvement:
- Identify and address flaws in technology based on feedback from the field and farmers.
- Conduct R&D to improve Swansat's operational systems.
Networking and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain networks at the state level, including Government, Private, NGOs, FPOs, relevant institutions, officials, and individuals.
- Facilitate ease of operations by leveraging these networks.
Best Practices Development:
- Design and develop best practices tailored to specific crops, soils, and agricultural histories of the region.
- Provide training to farmers, Field Officers, and Team Leaders both online and offline.
Training and Workshops:
- Organize regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct capacity-building programs for achieving set targets.
Liaison:
- Liaise with government officials, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders to meet Swansat's short- and long-term goals.
Field Visits and Quality Checks:
- Conduct random field visits and perform documentation checks based on defined criteria to avoid fake data and redundancy.
Workshops and Conferences:
- Represent Swansat at state and national-level workshops and conferences aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
Financial Management:
- Compile and submit village-to-state level expense bills in the required formats to the Agriculture Advisor and Swansat stakeholders.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Oversee advertisements and announcements to ensure Swansat's message reaches the target audience, including farmers, officials, and relevant institutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in agricultural management, rural development, or related fields.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills in Telugu and English.
- Expertise in monitoring large-scale field operations and implementing best agricultural practices.
- Excellent networking and liaising capabilities at the state level.
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and strategy formulation.
- Proficiency in conducting training programs and workshops.
- Familiarity with government processes, NGOs, and agricultural institutions.
