Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily Reporting and Attendance:
- Take daily attendance and collect summary reports from Field Officers.
- Ensure regular updates of all SwanSat activities in real-time.
Training and Development:
- Conduct physical training sessions for Field Officers as per schedules.
- Attend specialized training programs organized by SwanSat, both online and offline.
Work Coordination and Monitoring:
- Set daily targets for Field Officers in alignment with schedules and ground situations.
- Coordinate work activities village-wise, GP-wise, and Mandal-wise.
- Recheck and randomly verify the work of all Field Officers to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Data Validation:
- Review daily data to identify and eliminate fake data or redundancies.
- Take feedback from farmers and Field Officers to ensure high-quality reporting and execution.
Documentation:
- Ensure proper submission of both physical and digital documents, including photos, videos, and write-ups in the local language.
Bill Verification:
- Recheck logistics and food bills and submit them in the required formats.
Networking:
- Build and maintain a network of resources from the village to district level to facilitate target achievement.
Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the State Head regarding progress and field activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rural development, agricultural management, or team leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage Field Officers and ensure timely task completion.
- Proficiency in local languages, including Telugu, for effective communication and documentation.
- Expertise in data validation and reporting to maintain accuracy and reduce redundancies.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing documents and coordinating multi-level operations.
- Ability to attend and deliver training programs to enhance team efficiency.
