We are looking for Quality Manager (MechanicalSystems)

You’ll make a difference by

Weare currently looking for a Quality Manager (Mechanical Systems) at our projectoffice in Dahod.

Thejob responsibilities of the Quality Manager (Mechanical Systems) are as followsbut not limited to

·Understandingcustomer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

·Ensureall products meet stipulated standards as defined by the organization

·Responsiblefor establishing and performing inspection, testing and evaluation methods sothat products and processes adhere to specified norms

·Producespecific quality plans, inspection and test plans and procedures

·Preparechecklist for inspection activities & Inspection as per Siemens standards,drawings, and related specification

·Criticalanalysis of technical specifications with buyers before sending to suppliersand ensure suppliers understanding. Participate in kick off meetings withsuppliers for critical items

·Coordinateall Quality and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing

·Approvethe supplier Quality data in accordance with contract Quality plan. Prepare andsubmit Quality certification to customer, if necessary

·Supportthe RCA investigation of Quality incidents. Manage MQI (Major Quality Incident)resolutions

·Setstandards for quality as well as health and safety

·Producingstatistical reports on quality standards

·PrepareManagement Information Reports in quality management

·Undertakeinternal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)

·Defineprocess and criteria to ensure supplier process capability in co-ordinationwith engineering and design team.

Desired Skills:

·Graduate in MechanicalEngineering

·Should have at least 8years’ experience in quality management field, preferably in mechanical systemsof Rolling Stock

·Should have experienceof working in intercultural environment

·Should be proficient inEnglish and Hindi. Knowledge of German language is advantageous

·Strong communicationand organizational skills

·Proficiency in usingMicrosoft office suite and administrative applications
