Role Title - Solar Project Supplier Quality Manager
Role Summary - Responsible for delivering all aspects of the Solar Project's Supplier Quality Assurance function in line with the Quality Management System, IEC / ISO standards, and Quality Policies to ensure that the products, equipment's and services are fit for purpose and meet customer/regulatory/Standards & Design requirements.
- Develop & deploy supplier assessment & onboarding processes for solar projects
- Ensure that the supplier partners quality related risks are identified, controlled and mitigated – define KPI & matrixes.
- Develop Material Inspection Plans (PV module, inverter, AC-DC Cables, Module structure, Tracker, Combiner boxes, Switch yard equipment's) and drive timely inspections
- Drive Supplier performance monitoring, data analysis & support development programs
- Create training modules, drive training and continual improvement programs
Education, Experience, Certification, Exposure, Stakeholder interfaces :-
- Engineering Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 10+ Years of experience in the solar supplier QA
- Must have hands on experience on supplier evaluation, assessment, onboarding and material inspections for solar project (PV module, inverter, AC-DC Cables, Module structure, Combiner boxes, Switch yard equipment's)
- ISO 9001:2015
- APQP
