We are looking for a talented React & React Native Developer to join our dynamic team on-site. Role: React & React Native Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable React Native applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
- Implement unit tests and automated testing processes.
- Work with native modules for iOS and/or Android when required.
- Maintain and manage the application codebase using Git.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proficiency in React Native with a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries.
- Experience in building and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with integration of third-party services via APIs.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux.js.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working with native modules on iOS and/or Android.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Knowledge and experience with the Expo platform.
Desirable:
- Experience with OpenAI or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cross-platform app publishing processes.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have project examples.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 apps published.
- Must share a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential based on experience).
