The Innovation team is seeking an Engineer III, Product Development with RPA specialization based out of our Bangalore Office location. We expect that you have project experience on / Key Responsibilities:


Design and Development:

Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using leading RPA tools and technologies.

Create efficient and scalable RPA solutions tailored to business requirements.

Support the roll-out and implementation of RPA solutions.

Experience with developing and consuming APIs.

Process Analysis:

Analyze and document business processes to pinpoint areas suitable for automation.

Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and comprehend requirements.

Implementation and Maintenance:

Deploy and monitor RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Address and resolve any issues or exceptions encountered during the operation of RPA bots.

Optimization and Scalability:

Validate and optimize the performance of RPA solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

Develop solutions with a focus on scalability and reusability.

Documentation and Training:

Document RPA solutions, including design, implementation, and maintenance procedures.

Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on RPA technologies and best practices.

Tool Proficiency:

Power Automate: Create and manage automated workflows to enhance business processes.

UiPath: Integrate various applications, data sources, and APIs to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.

Azure Tools: Utilize Azure services like APIM, Key Vaults, Functions, LogicApps, and others to construct scalable and efficient automation solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

Knowledge of business process management and optimization.


The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:


Required Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.

Required Years of Experience: 6-8 years’ experience preferred.

Proven experience as a Robotic Process Automation Engineer.

Advanced Certification in Leading RPA tools (UiPath, Power Platfrom etc.)

Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python or .NET and experience with databases such as SQL and NoSQL

Familiarity with DevOps practices

Work in an agile environment and participate in all agile ceremonies.

  • Knowledge and experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies are preferred.
