We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our Digital Services group within the Advisory Department. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with gathering client requirements and documenting functional specifications
  • Collaboratively work with team members to design and develop client solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Configure various modules and applications within Salesforce (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Experience Cloud)
  • Perform data migration tasks from legacy to current business solutions
  • Perform system testing and issue resolution support
  • Create and run reports using CRM Analytics or other reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot and support Salesforce solutions and integrations
  • Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
  • Provide project status updates to project manager on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as required
  • Receptive to mentoring

Qualifications:


  • 3 plus years hands on experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with implementation/deployment of CRM systems
  • Experience with Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce CPQ is a plus
  • Experience configuring Salesforce products including workflows, validation rules and security controls
  • Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation
  • Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
  • Exhibits professionalism at all times
  • Certifications across multiple clouds are a plus:
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
