Life as a Designer at Akrivia HCM
As a Graphic Designer at Akrivia HCM, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a passion for design. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from digital and print designs to motion graphics and experiential installations.

You are—

A passionate graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, motion, and environmental/ experiential design.
You are a master of design software's such as Adobe suite (Photoshop, illustrator & Figma Must).
Having experience in motion design software such as After effects, Premier Pro or another video editing software is a plus.
You work in an organized and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines.
You are looking for a collaborative learning environment to improve your design sensibilities and existing skills.

You will—

Work closely with the Design Lead, and key stakeholders to understand the requirements of the brief, develop concepts, iterate quickly to successfully implement work.
Help with intake and shape project strategy process and goals.
Demonstrate solutions and iterate quickly on feedback.
Think systemically and help create visually stunning and impactful designs to contribute the team success.

Your Profile—

Passion for design and learning new skills and concepts
2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design
Strong visual design portfolio, showcasing work from different mediums
Ability to rapidly conceive, visualize and iterate designs in a shared environment
Excellent communication skills
Organized and prompt with timelines
Proactive in seeing projects through completion
Flexible in receiving and implementing feedback
