Business Central Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Central Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for Business Central users.Key Responsibilities:Deliver expert-level support for Business Central users.Analyze and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.Manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.Provide training and onboarding assistance to users.Work closely with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.Proficiency in several ISV products.Prior experience with PowerBI and PowerAutomate is preferred but not required.Manufacturing experience is also desirable but not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a client-facing role as needed.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smart-Sheets.Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports is essential.
