We are seeking a Dance Teacher to join our team of professionals in the entertainment industry.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching children in an online setting, utilizing their skills and experience to deliver engaging lessons that foster creativity and growth.Dance Teacher Responsibilities:Teaching children in an online environment, promoting a fun and interactive learning experience.Developing and implementing creative lesson plans to cater to diverse student needs.Evaluating student performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.Conducting demo sessions with students, ensuring they meet expectations and achieve their goals.Providing private lessons as required, tailoring instruction to meet individual student needs.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:A strong subject knowledge in dance, including relevant teaching methods and techniques.Experience in teaching children, with a proven track record of success.Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Salary InformationThe salary structure for this role is as follows:1-25 Sessions: ₹200 per session + ₹100 per demo.26-60 Sessions: ₹250 per session + ₹125 per demo.61-80 Sessions: ₹300 per session + ₹150 per demo.81+ Sessions: ₹350 per session + ₹175 per demo.Candidates are also eligible for a minimum pay guarantee, as follows:Month 1: ₹6000.Month 2: ₹12000.Month 3 and onwards: ₹18000.Other BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, making it an ideal choice for those seeking flexibility and work-life balance.
