Dance Instructor Job OpportunityWe are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic dance instructor to join our team. As a dance instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults alike, sharing your passion for dance with others.Job Responsibilities:Teach dance classes in an online setting, providing instruction and feedback to students.Maintain a humble and empathetic demeanor, creating a supportive learning environment for students.Develop and implement creative lesson plans, incorporating interactive activities to engage students.Ensure student enjoyment and satisfaction through a fun and challenging learning experience.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Conduct demo sessions to showcase teaching skills and ability to convert students.Offer group and private lessons as required, catering to diverse student needs.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Required Qualifications and Skills:Strong subject knowledge and expertise in dance instruction.Experience in teaching dance, preferably with children.Relevant working experience in the field of dance education.Benefits and Compensation:Competitive hourly rate: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo (1-25 sessions), Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo (26-60 sessions), Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo (61-80 sessions), and Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo (81 and above sessions).Minimum pay guarantee: Rs. 6,000 INR (month 1), Rs. 12,000 INR (month 2), and Rs. 18,000 INR (month 3 and onwards).Other Information:This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
